If you are here, you must be having problems with our online booking system.

No worries, we will explain you how to use it properly in next few steps. But if you will still struggle please feel free to contact us directly to arrange your treatment. We really only want you to relax.

Start with your POSTCODE.
This enables our system to calculate the distance between you and each of our therapists. We can then provide you with more precise availability of our therapists and to determine the price for travel supplement (over 90 minutes travel distances).

The next step is up to you.
You can choose your session preferences in any order. Please note that information are filtered by each step according to your selection and only what is highlighted can apply as a further option. You can always desecelt your selection by repeated click. Please note, that you have to select every option in order to see the price of your order and to be able to click on 'Book Now' button. Although,  the travel supplement is included in the price, it is displayed separately in brackets for your information only. You can click on 'Reset' button in the right upper corner to start all over again. Your postcode and travel distances will remain in the system and only preferences of your selected massage session will be reset.

Start With Your POSTCODE

Our system is set up the way that the first information it requires, in order for you to make a booking is the postcode. The reason is simple. It will enable you to see travel distances between you and each individual therapist (as they are based in different locations). These distances are represented in estimated duration (minutes), so you can compare how long does it take to our therapists to get to you. Times are shown below profile images of each therapist once you enter your postcode. It takes few seconds to display it though (‘Please Wait’ symbol appears in left corner), but ‘patience pays out’. This will help you to decide in case you are in a hurry and wish to enjoy your session in blink of an eye. It’s all for you.

Choose Your Therapy Preferences

You can choose day and time of your session, your  therapist, massage style and table preference as you like in no particular order and our Online Reservation System will display an updated information for you.

• THERAPISTS available/not available

After the postcode has been entered, the system displays ‘Therapists Available’ (shown in color). Therapists that are not available to you fade to grey. For therapist not being available can have several reasons and depends on requirements you select: POSTCODE, TIME, MASSAGE STYLE and MASSAGE TABLE (optional).

• THERAPISTS PROFILES

You can click on "click for profile" to view each therapist profile that contains information about therapist’s professional background as well as some characteristics to help you choose.

• POSTCODE – your postcode  

• TIME – the time you wish the massage session to start at  

• MASSAGE STYLE – select one of massage styles (varies for each therapist). All of our therapists are skilled in ‘Swedish Massage’(Holistic/Full Body)

• MASSAGE TABLE- if you require one, select ‘YES’ (additional charge will apply)

- if you actually have your own table, select ‘HAVE GOT ONE’
- if you don’t care just leave it at default ‘NO PREFERENCE’

• VOUCHER - If you have a VOUCHER, please fill in the dedicated window in order to get DISCOUNT (total price will be instantly amended)

Summary

You can find summary of your booking at the bottom of page for you to review your booking details.

Book Now

Once, all of above have been done, a ‘BOOK NOW’ button appears.

Click ‘BOOK NOW’ and you will get to second stage of your reservation. Fill in the rest of the details and click on "confirm reservation" button down at the bottom.

Email

Please type in your email! Why it is so important?

• Booking Information will be sent to you

• INVOICE will be sent to your email if requested

• Confirmation about the payment will be sent to your email

• It is essential for you to click on CONFIRMAION LINK sent to your email in order to finalize the booking (doesn't apply if you are registered with us or if you will choose PayPal or Credit/Debit Card Payment Option)

Payment

You can pay by CASH, CARD (incl. American Express) or PAYPAL. It’s up to you. We feel you shouldn’t be limited by only one payment option.

• Pay by Cash directly to our therapist after session

• Pay by Card using Card option in Paypal system (located on the left bottom corner of Paypal). We do accept American Express.
