Simply click here, enter your postcode and see which one of our therapists is available for you. Please note that additional charges may apply if you request a therapist whose travelling distance to you will be in excess of 90 minutes. (travel estimates are calculated by our online reservation system).

  3. Are your therapists experienced and fully qualified?
Yes, all of our therapist have at least few years experience in different facilities (spas, hospitals, private salons, etc.) and they hold ITEC Qualification or some other European/Internationally recognized qualifications.

  4. How do i book?
The best way is to make booking online and it’s fast and easy to do so. The system is updated in real-time so our therapists are notified as soon as your booking will be confirmed. Just click here to go straight to our Online Booking System or click here if you want instructions first (‘Help’).

  5. I'm not sure what massage style should I go for. Can you help me?
Most people start with ‘Swedish Massage’ as it is a full body massage and therapist can focus on problematic areas. But if you are not sure you can always try therapist skilled in few different styles to begin with. He/she will be able to give you some professional advice after an initial assessment and your treatment can be tailored to your personal needs and expectations. Afterwards you should have a better insight, which therapy (massage style) you should choose next time. But if you can’t decide, please don't hesitate to contact us. That's what we are here for.

  6. How often or how many treatments should I get to achieve positive results?
This question can't be answered in general as every individual and every condition is different. It's recommended to have a massage on a regular basis about 2 to 4 times a month. But if you are not sure just refer to/ask your therapist as he/she will be able to advise you.

  7. Shall I discuss my health related problems with the therapist prior to session?
Every therapy should start with a consultation.  Masseuse should know about your health issues and difficulties before the session starts. In this case, therapy can be aimed/tailored to your needs.

  8. Can I actually have a massage? Contradictions...
Your health is of the same importance to us as it is to you. That's why it's essential to inform us or your therapist about any of the following:
    - have you got any allergies?
    - have you got any skin problems (eczema etc.)?
    - have you undergone any surgery recently?
    - have you drank alcohol or taken any drugs within last 24 hours?
    - have you got any other health issues/conditions that a massage treatment might affect?
    - are you pregnant? (It's safe to have a massage after first three months of pregnancy if it's performed by therapist who is qualified in Pregnancy Massage. But before that, your GP's written approval is a must have! If you would like to know more about Pregnancy Massage please click here.)

  9. Can I eat before a massage?
It is recommended not to have a massage on a full stomach, wait at least for an hour in order to appreciate massage without any discomfort.

  10. How long in advance do I have to book my session?
Long enough to enable preffered therapist be with you on time. Usually, about 60-90 minutes before the session starts. Please note that our online reservation system is designed to display travelling distance of each individual therapist to your address according to your Postcode. That way, you can clearly see which therapist is based near you, or which therapist can be with you the soonest. Another positive feature is that our online reservation system will allow you to place a last minute booking only for time that will allow your preferred therapist to be with you on time, with no or only with minimum delays.(Please understand that every treatment is a subject to client location)

  11. What time is the last appointment and how long it can last for?
The time of the last appointment can vary as it all depends on our current availability. Usually, the last available appointment shall begin about 9pm. But you can always check with the operator or online what is our actual/current availability.

  12. Can I book my therapy even few days in advance?
Of course you can.  Just book online or contact the operator and we do our best to meet your needs for any specific day and time.

  13. Can I request a specific therapist?
Of course you can. We do understand that massage style and technique differs from one therapist to another. Here, the difference is good, it makes every therapist and every treatment original and individual experience. Feel free to inspect profiles of our therapists in order to choose what may suit you best.

  14. Can you also arrange on site massage therapies and/or corporate events treatments?
Yes, we can. Just get in touch with us and we will do all what is in our power to help you. Please enquiry for a quote.

  15. How do I pay for my therapy session?
We do offer cash and/or online payment option to our clients. For online payments we do accept all major debit/credit cards (including American Express) and PayPal payments. We do not accept any cheques or cash payments in foreign currencies.

  16. Do your prices include tips for therapists?
No, our price doesn't include any tips. These are entirely up to you and all what we can say is 'Thank You' for valuing hard work of our therapists.

  17. What will I be massaged on?
Our therapists perform excellent massages on your own bed or floor, whichever you feel more comfortable with. Our clients usually prefer to be massaged on bed and find it even more relaxing than using a massage table. If you still prefer a massage table please do let us know by choosing a ‘yes’ in massage table drop down menu if you are booking online, or inform the operator if you are booking by phone, email or text (an extra charge of £20 will be added to total price).

  18. Can I split the session between two or more people?
Yes, you can. If you are a couple or would like to split your session in between more people we don’t see this as a problem. If you want to do so, please inform the masseuse/masseur before the session so she/he can divide the time needed for each person. Remember, you are paying for the time of the session and not for extra person.

  19. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
We only ask you to prepare your own towelling (for most massage styles 2 towels are required). Our experiences show this is always most hygienic way to keep the cleanliness and stick to health regulations. Secondly, you probably wouldn’t feel very relaxed in someone else’s towel, would you? We certainly don’t think so. What we do provide is quality massage oil (could be combined with essence) and excellent skills of our sensational therapists.

  20. I would like to extend the massage session. Is that possible?
Yes, if the masseuse is available to stay longer you may extend the session (additional charges will apply).

  21. What happens if I need to cancel my session?
We do understand that this might happen occasionally and that sometimes you just can’t predict some events that can occur. And that’s why we would really appreciate if you could let us know as soon as you find out your session needs to be cancelled. Please note that any orders paid by credit/debit card or by Pay Pal will be charged £5 cancellation fee.

  22. Would you let me know if the therapist is running late?
Yes, we always give our clients a call to inform if the therapist won’t be able to make it on time. Bear in mind that most of our therapists use public transport (tube, buses, trains) and service disruptions sometimes occur. Particularly Sundays can be a bit problematic. Although, you can avoid such situations by booking your massage well in advance.

  23. Can I be naked during the massage? What I’m supposed to wear during the treatment?
It is recommended to have your intimate parts covered with a towel but we do understand that some people prefer to be naked during the session, as they feel more comfortable that way. If you wish to be naked, please ask your therapist if she/he is OK with that so both sides feel more comfortable. You should wear some comfortable clothes during a Thai massage.

  24. I don't like to be treated at certain parts of my body. Will that be a problem?
That's not a problem as every massage session should be tailored according to your needs and expectations. Feel free to let your therapist know about that before or during your treatment. If you are booking online, type in your individual requirements in ‘Comment Box’. Remember, It's all for you.

  25. The pressure isn't right for me, what should i do?
You don’t have to be shy to let our therapist know about that, it is a part of essential interaction between you and therapist. Our therapist will be more than happy to adjust the pressure according to your preferences.

  26. Are there any side effects I should know about?
During a massage the body releases toxins. There is a chance you might have a headache or feel dizzy after massage, but you don’t need to worry about it. We do recommend you to drink lots of water; that should help. Feeling your muscles next day? Well, this is perfectly natural and pain should be soon replaced by comfort.

  27. Can I touch the masseuse?
NO. Just relax and let the masseuse do all the work. Relaxing experience deepens when you remain passive so lie back, receive and enjoy. Let all the touching to professionals.

  28. Do you do ‘Happy Endings’?
This or any other procedure of sexual kind is not part of our service and is not performed by our therapists. We believe that good massage brings infinite happiness and harmony to mind, body and soul and sexual stimulation is not necessary to achieve that. Please bear that in mind when booking with us and respect our therapists as a professionals who do their profession with passion.

  29. Do you offer sexual services of any kind?
NO, we don’t. London Massage Therapy is not an escort service and we do not offer any sexual services. Massage is an intimate process and in its way it could be sensual experience for you as you are being touched and cared by another human being. Our massages are massages in their true meaning, done by professional massage therapists. Our massages are designed to bring the pleasure through relaxation.

  30. What if I get an erection during my treatment?
