As user (referred to as you/your) of our websites and/or our services you acknowledge that any use of our websites and/or our services is subject to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any subject on whose behalf you use our website. Please read through these Terms and Conditions and privacy policy carefully before using the above mentioned websites and/or our services. If you disagree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not use our website or our services.
   


2. Intellectual property rights
   You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials or content contained on the websites are sole proprietorship of LMT or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material or content only according to express authorisation by us or our licensors. Subject to article 3 of this disclaimer all intellectual property rights are reserved.
   


3. Authorisation to use website
   It is prohibited to use any content of website for commercial purposes. You may view, download and print the content (doesn’t include images and other graphics) from the websites for personal purposes only, always complying with following:
   a\ it is prohibited to duplicate or reproduce and modify or change any material on the website;
   b\ it is prohibited to use or republish material on this website on another website or public and private electronic or interactive system;
   c\ it is prohibited to sell, resell or utilize the content of website to generate any type of profits (barter included);
   d\ you can use the content of website for any of the above stated in this article only with our express written consent.
   
   It is prohibited to use our websites to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 you must leave this site immediately. Fraudulent use of our websites may make you subject to civil or criminal sanctions.
   


4. Limitations of liability
   a\ The information on the websites is provided free of charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of the website content. All the pictures are used for illustration purposes only.
   b\ Even if we maximize the effort to ensure that the content on the website is accurate, we do not guarantee that material on website is precise or up to date.
   c\ We are not bound to keep our websites all the time available or error free, that the defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability.
   d\ We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of the content or material uploaded or transmitted through the websites.
   e\ We accept no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
   f\ We shall be under no liability to perform any obligation as specified in this disclaimer if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

   h\ Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under this terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise (including, without limitation, any loss of business, contract, data, goodwill, income, revenue, profit or anticipated savings).
   i\ Nothing in this disclaimer constrain or eliminate our liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
   j\ This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
   


5. Service Rates and Charges
   a\ We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for treatments, where professional portable massage table is requested.
   b\ We reserve the right to charge extra fee for bookings, where we consider that the travelling distance between our therapist and venue/session (the required premises location) will be in excess of 90 minutes. In such cases, the final rate for the service will be clearly displayed before you confirm the booking. Once you confirmed your booking both parties will be bound by the price that was displayed and agreed to unless the reservation will be cancelled or other booking circumstances will change. For cancellation terms and conditions read below (7).
   c\ We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £5 for any booking paid by debit/credit card or Pay Pal that was cancelled by customer. In the event that the booking was paid by the debit/credit card or Pay Pal and cancelled by us, no cancellation fee will be charged. To see our standard current rates please click here.
   


6. Reservations/Bookings Provisions
   a\ You might place your booking/reservation by phone, text and email to the operator or online. In order to place a booking you will need to provide your full name, full address of the venue/session (the required premises location) including post code,  your email address, and your phone number. If you will make an online booking request, in some cases you might be asked to click on the confirmation link in the email sent to you. If you will not confirm your booking request by clicking on the above mentioned confirmation link, your booking won’t be valid and you won’t enter in to the contract with us regarding your booking. In case that you will not be able to access your email box to confirm your booking you will need to contact the operator by phone.
   b\ We reserve the right to refuse (not to accept) any booking where travel estimate to a session/venue calculated by us will be in excess of 150 minutes. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that has been paid for by debit/credit card or PayPal in case that we won’t receive the payment within 20 minutes since your booking request  (a full refund will be issued in case we receive the amount after the time that was given to successfully proceed with the booking). We also reserve the right to refuse (not to accept) any booking or customer enquiry at company’s discretion.
   c\ By entering in to a contract with us regarding any massage treatment you acknowledge that we provide only therapeutic massage treatments. That we operate on strictly no sexual service policy and that we will not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff/contractors and that any sexual related requests will be refused. You also agree that it’s your duty/responsibility to provide your therapist or the company with information about any health related issues that your therapists/we need to know about prior to your session. You can do that by leaving us a message in the comment box (while requesting your booking online), by phone, text or email to the operator or directly to your therapist during the initial assessment. For the therapies where your GP’s approval is a requirement due to your health condition or pregnancy you might be asked to provide a copy of the approval from your GP to your therapist prior to your session.
   d\ You acknowledge that we do provide invoices for our services only upon request. Invoice (if requested) will be emailed to you to the email address provided by yourself while making your booking enquiry. In the event that you will need us to send you an invoice to a different email address or by post you will need to contact the operator. Please understand that we will need to establish your credibility first, before we send you an invoice to the requested address/email address. Failure to do so might result in our refusal to provide you with the invoice to the new/different address/email address.
   


7. Cancellations
   You are entitled to cancel your pre-booked session anytime. In order to cancel your session you will need to click on the cancellation link in the email received from us or contact the operator. We reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of £5 for bookings paid by debit/credit card or PayPal. We also reserve the right to refuse any refunds for a bookings paid in advance (including but not limited to debit/credit card or PayPal payments) if you fail to provide us with the cancellation notice and the therapist already arrived to a session.
   


8. Miscellaneous Provisions
   a\ To provide increased value to our customers, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices of such websites, the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites, not for any damage, loss or reliance on any such advertising, content products, goods or other material or services available on such external websites or resources.
   b\ You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under this disclaimer to any third party unless agreed upon in writing by LMT.
   c\ LMT reserves the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under this disclaimer or any related contract to any third party.
   d\ If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
   e\ No delay or failure by LMT to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of LMT.

 

9. Loyal Customer Promotion
   a\ promotion can't be used in conjunction with any other offer (except 'Pay Cash get £10 off' discount') *1
   b\ only 60 or 90 minutes 'complimentary treatment' can be redeemed with this promotion based on average time spent on one/single massage within previous four treatments charged in full
   c\ all bookings (including a complimentary treatment) must be related to one customer/account and can't be combined between two or more accounts/customers
   d\ only one complimentary treatment can be redeemed at once per account/customer; once any complimentary treatment has been redeemed, the counter of massage treatments counted towards this promotion is set to zero *2
   e\ complimentary treatment doesn’t include travel supplement charge and charge for portable massage table
   f\ we reserve the right to refuse a complimentary treatment if we believe that anyone requesting a complimentary treatment didn't comply with these terms and conditions
   g\ we reserve the right to ammend or terminate this promotion anytime

   
   

   *1 only treatments charged in full can be counted towards this promotion (excluding 'Pay Cash get £10 off' discount as mentioned above)
   *2 you are not allowed to book 8 treatments charged in full and then claim 2 complimentary treatments. Instead, you have to claim your complimentary treatment as soon as you paid four treatments in full. Any amount of treatments charged in full that goes beyond four forfeits once the voucher for complimentary treatment had been issued.)

 

10. Amendments

    We reserve the right to change or revise our terms and conditions at any time. Any such change will take effect when posted on the website. Every change of terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in this disclaimer supersedes all previous agreements between you and LMT and in respect of your use of our website. It is your responsibility to examine this disclaimer periodically to ensure you are acquainted with the latest terms and conditions.
    
    
11. Law and jurisdiction
    The contract between us as well as these terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with English law, and any disputes between us or relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
